Tikoy

 

          Tikoy is a steamed rice cake delicacy. When it is has just been made, it is acceptable to eat it off the bat. However, for a fuller experience, pan frying it with egg brings out its flavors. Another option is to re-steam it, and compliment it with any topping of choice, such as butter, cheese or grated coconut! When stored properly, tikoy can last up to a year!

 

          Veolov uses Zendy's Bakeshop Specialty Tikoy. We find that this tikoy is top of the line: It has an appealing white color. Handled with care, cleanliness is prioritized and the tikoy is vacuum packed for a longer shelf life. When cooked, it is soft, sweet, and fragrant!

 

          Veolov boxes of tikoy are size small of Zendy's menu. Its dimensions are around six inches diameter and one inch in thickness.
